Packs

Industry and jurisdiction specifics, layered on, never forked.

A Teradius Pack is a versioned bundle of processes, rules, forms, reports and settings. Companies customise by overlay, so pack upgrades keep working.

Industry packs

Teradius Pack: Professional Services

Lead to cash for firms that sell expertise: engagements, delivery, sign-off and billing. Runs on CRM and ERP.

Planned

Teradius Pack: QSR and Hospitality

Venue operations, menus, orders and shift reporting for quick-service and hospitality groups. Runs standalone on Core; ERP optional.

In design

Teradius Pack: SEZ (Special Economic Zones)

For zone operators first: licensing, registration, visa processing, facility management, fees and a company portal. Zone companies get a lighter edition. Runs standalone on Core; ERP optional. Described as Free Zones for UAE and Middle East audiences.

Jurisdiction packs

Built for multi-jurisdiction compliance: Australia and the UAE first, with more jurisdictions added through packs.

Teradius Pack: Australia

GST, BAS, payroll and single touch reporting, chart of accounts and period rules.

In development

Teradius Pack: UAE

VAT, corporate tax, e-invoicing and WPS payroll, free-zone entity rules. Scope to be confirmed with local advisers.

In design

More jurisdictions

Added as packs on the same model. Order set by customer demand.

How a pack works

  • A pack is a versioned manifest: processes, decisions, forms, data extensions, dashboards, agent tasks, roles, jurisdiction rules and runbooks.
  • Customers customise by overlay, never by fork, so upgrades merge and every release carries upgrade-compatibility tests.
  • Packs are entitlements in the Core catalogue, added to an existing tenant without re-implementation.

Packs are announced for planning. None is available yet, and scope may change following advice from local advisers.
