Who we are

This website is operated by Theory Y Technologies Pty Ltd, the owner of Teradius Enterprise Suite. Privacy questions and requests go to info@theory-y.com.au.

What this site collects on its own

Nothing. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or trackers, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. If you dismiss the announcement banner, that single preference is kept in your browser's session storage and never leaves your device.

How the early access form works

The form does not send anything to our servers. When you choose "Open in your email app", your browser opens your own email application with a message addressed to info@theory-y.com.au, containing the details you typed: name, work email, company, role, country, the modules and packs you are interested in, and your optional message. Nothing leaves your device until you send that email yourself, and the site keeps no copy.

Why we ask for these details

To respond to your request for early preview access, to arrange a briefing if it fits, and to tell you about the preview. We do not use them for anything else and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Where your email goes

To the info@theory-y.com.au mailbox operated by Theory Y Technologies Pty Ltd, through your own email provider. We keep your email in that mailbox for up to twelve months after our last contact with you, then delete it, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies.

Your rights and how to ask

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email info@theory-y.com.au and we will act within thirty days. Applicable rights under the Australian Privacy Act, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and other laws of your jurisdiction will be set out in full here following legal review.
